Merry Month of May
Just as the 1st May bank holiday drew to a close so new sales instructions for central London started appearing in my inbox!
Of the 5 new properties that I previewed & viewed with the clients, 1 went to sealed bids within 3 days and achieved 10% over asking price and another had an asking price offer accepted within a week. Fortunately the best of the bunch accepted my clients offer and we had it agreed the same day – whew!
I understand that it’s much the same outside of London too with the preverbal ‘green shoots’ starting to appear and at least some movement in the market.
